These Terms apply to purchases from Equito.se. When you confirm your order you also accept these Terms and conditions.
All purchases from Equito.se are considered as orders from our Swedish webshop and under Swedish law and Swedish prices.

For retailers separately agreed Terms and conditions are valid.

Pricing and delivery fees

All prices are in SEK or EUR and include current VAT. Listed prices are valid until further notice and for confirmed orders. We reserve the right to adjust prices following tax increases, currency changes and other major cost increases which are beyond our control and for any administrative errors that resulted in incorrectly listed prices. In case of situations like this the customer always has the right to cancel the order without consequences.

For sales outside the EU all prices in the webshop are excluding VAT. As a customer outside the EU you are responsible for any customs duty and VAT when importing to your country. 

Ordering and delivery

We do not deliver to persons under the age of 18. When you order from us, you also declare that you are over 18 years old.
We normally pack and hand over all orders to the freight company within 2-3 working days and if it by any reason is delayed to more than a week we will contact you and you will have the right to canel your order without any consequenses. 

Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check the details in the confirmation and let us know immediately if anything is incorrect.

Payment options

Payment is made with VISA, MasterCard or PayPal.

You can pay by debit or credit card and the payment is made through PayPal. 

Guarantees/Returns/Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We are therefor very careful when checking the goods that are to be delivered to you. If something, despite that, would go wrong, we would like to get the chance to correct it so that you will be satisfied in the end, so please contact our customer supprt.

Damage caused during transportation
If the parcel is damaged, immediately report the damage to the freight company before you open it. We guarantee, however, that you will never suffer economically from a transportation damage. Contact our customer support if any problem arises.

Right of withdrawal (return or exchange of goods)
You always have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days after receipt of the goods. You will always have 14 days to send the parcel back to us. The product should of course be undamaged and in unused condition with all tags and original packaging. 

You pay the return postage by yourself.

Exchange order

Please send back your ordered item that you wish to return and make another purchase in the webshop.

Unclaimed parcels
We charge SEK 350 for non-collected parcels or parcels that could not be delivered due to wrong adress, receiptent not available etc outside of Sweden.

Information about cookies
A cookie is a small file that a website asks to save at visitors’ computers. Cookies are used on Equito.se to give visitors access to various functions, including managing the shopping basket, to get visitor statistics etc.

The information in the cookie can be used to monitor a user’s surfing as long as the visitor is browsing on the website that saved the file. You should be aware though that some of the webshop features are dependent on the user accepting and using cookies. Some features may look strange if you do not allow cookies. Cookies are something that most web stores are using and that we, as a company, are required by law to inform about.

Equito AB is responsible for the processing of the personal data that you provide us with. These datas will be used in order to maintain the customer relationship with you. You can contact us to request a copy of the information or to request that information is corrected or deleted.

Force majore

If delivery is prevented, complicated or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserv the right to cancel any order without consequences.
